outside the ESD protected area to avoid charged persons unknowingly
entering.
The meter must always be grounded to produce an accurate measurement. But
more importantly to allow the operator to discharge to a safe handling

Human Body Voltage Checker is a new and unique visual method of detecting

entering, or used by operators to periodically check that they are not
creating a charge within the protected area.
It is very simple to use and only requires the personnel under test to
touch the plate on the instrument and directly read the charge level on the
meter. Apart from the measuring the charge, it can also be used to safely
drain away the charges Existing on the body.
It has a feature of visual and audible warning when it detects voltage over
a certain threshold.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
The instrument must always be connected to ground; not grounding the unit
can result in inconsistent results. The circuit will only become responsive
when you offer a path to ground.
