WORK STATION MONITOR (Model: WSM-04)
The Model WSM-04 is designed to continuously monitor the connections of ESD wrist strap & work surface. In addition the Instrument results are indicated by the tri color SIGNAL TOWER LAMP.

This Bench Top Instrument is designed to neutralize your ESD work-station or ESD protected area with a stream of ionized air. It does what Wrist straps, conductive mats & ESD Laminates cannot doi. e remove static charges from nonconductive objects and surfaces.

WRIST STRAP: This section continuously monitors the wrist strap to detect loss of continuity between operator and monitor. Conditions such as broken coils cords and improper contact with the skin are detected instantly to alert the operator before serious and expensive ESD damage can occur. As there is no resistance return path from the wrist strap, it uses the “capacitive AC pulse principle” to check if the operator is adequately grounded. continuous monitoring reduces the need for periodic checks and also ensures greater security.

ESD WORK SURFACE: The work surface is monitored by a DC Resistive principle and a warning is given in case the surface to ground resistance exceeds the safe threshold value of 10 Meg ohms.

SURFACE RESISTIVITY METER - (Model: SRM-01)
This is an ultra wide-range, battery operated, Potable instrument for measuring surface Resistivity of virtually any flat surface. In the circuit industry, products such As packing materials, component storage Bags and trays, workbench surfaces, table and floor mats, conveyor belts, etc., have Resistance value, which need to confirm to Stringent specifications. Moreover, these Values are expected to fall within specified limit. The surface Resistivity meter can play a vital Role in monitoring and checking the Resistivity Characteristic of the above items.

It also has unique additional features of surface–to-ground measurement capability Wherein the Resistivity differential between any Surface and any chosen ground can be determined. The surface Resistivity is conveniently indicated by a row of LED’s covering a total of 10 decades from 10E3 to 10E12 ohms/sq.

100V SURFACE RESISTIVITY METER (Model: SRM-02)
The model SRM-02 surface Resistivity meter is a portable, versatile, instrument designed to accurately measure resistance between two points, surface to ground, and surface Resistivity is accordance with EOS/ESD Association standard S-4.1.

The Surface Resistivity meter (included TESTING & MEASURING PROBES) is designed to make all the measurements.

100V LCD/LED SURFACE RESISTANCE METER (MODEL: SRM-03)
The Surface Resistivity Meter measures both surface resistance and resistance to ground. This is meant for use in evaluating a wide variety of ESD protective materials including tablemats, floor mats, and hard ESD-laminates. It measures and displays Surface Resistivity as well as surface to ground and point-to-point resistances. These measurements can be done in the range of <10E3 to >10E12 ohms by using two 2.5-kilo (5lb) heavy electrodes or through internal probes. To check whether surface Resistivity is in accordance with EOS/ESD Association standards S-4.1.

DIGITAL SURFACE RESISTIVITY METER ( MODEL: SRM-04)
The model SRM-04 The model SRM-04 Digital Surface Resistivity Meter is a portable, versatile, instrument design to accurately measure the resistance between two points, surface to ground and surface resistivity accordance with EOS/ESD association standard S-4.1 in addition, the meter measures & displays ambient temperature & relative humidity.


The model SRM-04 Digital Surface Resistivity Meter (includes Testing & Measuring Probes) is designed to make measurements of Work surface, floors, foot wears, garments, workstations & operator chairs etc.

SRM-04 FEATURES:
Alpha numeric display Row 1: Ambient temperature and relative humidity are displayed during the meter ON condition.

Alpha numeric display Row 2: Provides easy to read measurements directly from the meter include exponents. No interpretations or calculations are required.

Power ON Button: Activates electrical power to the meter.

Power OFF Button: Deactivates electrical power to the meter.

Battery Status Button: To know the battery power in percentage.

TESTING MEASURING PROBES
Two cylindrical (2.27Kg) 5 Pound metal electrodes shall have a diameter of 63.5mm (2.5 Inches) each having contacts of electrically conductive materials with a shore-A (IRHD) durometer hardness of 70 (ASTM method D2240-1986). The resistance between the electrodes shall be less than 1-Kilo ohms when measured at 10Volts or less on metallic surface.

These electrodes confirm to ANSI/EOS/ESD-S4.1-1990 Standards.

STATIC CHARGE METER (MODEL: SCM-01)
The Static Charge Meter is a noncontact, low cost, light weight static monitoring and locating instrument. It utilises a centre-zero meter display to indicate the magnitude and polarity of the electrostatic charge.

The instrument has good directional sensitivity and is ideal for measuring electric charges encountered in critical electronic assembly and storage areas as well as Antistatic Work stations. It can also be used for Plastics, Paper, Textiles, Food, Explosives and Pharmaceutical Industries.

The unit gives direct readings of electrostatic potentials on any surface, when held at a distance of 2.5 cms. However, virtually any electrostatic potential can be measured by proportionately increasing the distance from the meter to the charged object.

Reliable on-the-spot measurement of static charges has been easier than with the portable SCM-02. Hand-held, yet highly accurate and low drift, the SCM-02 answers three basic questions:
1. Is static present and on what Surfaces, Materials or people?

3. What is the polarity of the Charge?

The instrument is ideal for use in such static sensitive environment as electronic component production and assembly areas, clean rooms, computer, medical and R&D Laboratories, surgical rooms, medical device manufacturer, printing press, packing and production lines, etc.
