GROUND
MONITOR -(Model: GM-01)
Proper grounding is crucial for safe and uninterrupted operation. In
critical environments a broken ground connection may result in personnel
exposure to dangerous voltages, equipment lock-up or malfunction, and ESD
damage to sensitive components.

This
Bench Top Instrument is designed to neutralize your ESD work-station or ESD
protected area with a stream of ionized air. It does what Wrist straps,
conductive mats & ESD Laminates cannot doi. e remove static charges from
nonconductive objects and surfaces.
Ground Monitor shows which are being monitored with an OK or Fail status of
the ground, In addition it is ideal for use as a grounding point for bench /
floor mats and personnel grounding.

WRIST
STRAP TESTER - (Model: WST-01)
Wrist strap is the first line of defence against electrostatic charges
builds up on the human body. It is designed to carry away this charge as
soon as it is generated. At the same time wrist strap must remain
electrically safe for the user. Thus, it is important to test every wrist
strap regularly.

In
order to protect the sensitive electronic components the maximum wrist strap
resistance should not be more than 10 Meg ohms on the other end, the
resistance should not be less than 0.75 Meg ohms as protection to the wearer
from dangerous level of the voltage and current flow.
The wrist strap tester checks these parameters under actual operating
conditions with the strap on the wrist. It clearly indicates weather or not
the resistance of the wrist strap system including the wearer is at least
0.75 Meg ohms and not more than 10 Meg ohms respectively.

The WST-01 can be wall mounted outside the ESD protected area using the
INSTRUCTION board.
The WST-01 has the special features of accessing the ESD protected area
door by using Electro Magnetic Lock.
COMBO
TESTER -(Model: CT-01)
The Wrist strap Cum Dual Footwear tester is a jig type arrangement to test
the validity of ESD Wrist strap & foot wears. The instrument measures
Independent test simultaneously for right foot, left foot and wrist strap at
the same time. Other Footwear testers can only measure two foot at a time,
or the combined resistance of both foot. The wrist strap cum Dual Foot
Tester reduces the testing time by half, and offers the operator a visual
and audible measurement of Pass or fail of both foot and wrist strap before
entering the EPA.
Operation
of Wrist Strap
Connect the wrist strap cord to the instrument with the strap on the wrist;
press gently on the metal sensor of the wrist strap tester. The instrument
comes on automatically when this is done. The operator can check whether the
resistance of the wrist strap falls within the acceptable range (0.75 to 10
Meg ohms), This is indicated by green (pass) LED lighting up.
Operation of Foot Wears:
Simply stand on the two stainless steel footprints on the foot plate and
push the Dual foot wear tester press to test button. The instrument comes on
automatically when this is done. The operator can check whether the
resistance of the Foot wears falls within the acceptable range of 0.75 to
35/100 Meg ohms, this is indicated by green (pass) LED lighting up.

The CT-02 has three optional security systems to the
personnel before entering EPA as given below: -
Option-1
Electro Magnetic Lock: Person before entering the EPA, need to test
their Wrist Strap/ESD foot wear. If the resistance of the Wrist Strap/ESD
foot wear is within acceptable range then the door is opened by the release
of the Electro magnetic lock of the door.
Option-2
Slim Tripod Turnstile: Person before entering the EPA, need to test
their Wrist Strap/ESD foot wear. If the resistance of the Wrist Strap/ESD
foot wear is within acceptable range then the Slim Tripod Turnstile is gets
unlocked to move.
Option 3
Retractable Flap Barrier: Person before entering the EPA, need to
test their Wrist Strap/ESD foot wear. If the resistance of the Wrist
Strap/ESD foot wear is within acceptable range then the retractable Flap
Barrier is gets opened to move.

ANALOGUE
FOOT WEAR TESTER (Model: AFT-01)
ESD foot wear is also the first line of defence against electrostatic
charges build up on the human body. It is designed to carry away this charge
as soon as it is generated. At the same time foot wear must remain
electrically safe for the user. Thus, it is important to test every foot
wears regularly.
In order to protect the sensitive electronic components the maximum foot
wear resistance should not be more than 100 Meg ohms. The footwear tester
checks these parameters under actual operating conditions with operator &
foot wear. It clearly indicates the resistance of the foot wear system
including the wearer is less than 100 Meg ohms or NOT.
The instrumented is designed for measuring the conductive foot wear also,
so the instrument measurement is ranged from 0 to 100 Meg ohms.
For Checking Foot Wear::
Simply stand on the foot plate and press gently on the metal sensor plate;
the instrument comes on automatically when this is done. The operator can
check whether the resistance of the foot wear falls with in the acceptable
range (0 - to 100 Meg Ohms), This is indicated by Analogue dial.

CONTINUOUS
WORK STATION MONITOR (Model: WSM-01)
The Model WSM-01 is designed to continuously monitor the connections of ESD
wrist strap & work surface.
WRIST STRAP: This section continuously monitors the wrist strap to
detect loss of continuity between operator and monitor. Conditions such as
broken coils cords and improper contact with the skin are detected instantly
to alert the operator before serious and expensive ESD damage can occur. As
there is no resistance return path from the wrist strap, it uses the capacitive
AC pulse principle to check if the operator is adequately grounded.
The wrist strap section is automatically activated when wrist strap is
plugged in. continuous monitoring reduces the need for periodic checks and
also ensures greater security.
ESD WORK SURFACE: The work surface is monitored by a DC Resistive
principle and a warning is given in case the surface to ground resistance
exceeds the safe threshold value of 10 Meg ohms.
